ICC GROUP Marina Management Joint Stock Company

Pursuant to the Presidential Decree dated 19.03.2021 and numbered 3710, published in the Official Gazette dated 20.03.2021 and numbered 31429, the Güllük Port Area belonging to TDİ (Turkish Maritime Operations Inc.) was actually transferred to our Company on 23.06.2021 with the “De facto Transfer Protocol of the Güllük Port Area” drawn up within the scope of the “Agreement on the Granting of the Operating Rights of the Güllük Port Area belonging to Turkish Maritime Operations Inc. for a Period of 45 Years” dated 21.06.2021. The work and permit processes of the project are continuing.
