Pursuant to the Presidential Decree dated 19.03.2021 and numbered 3710 published in the Official Gazette dated 20.03.2021 and numbered 31429, the Güllük Port Area belonging to TDİ (Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri A.Ş.) was transferred to our Company with the "Actual Transfer Protocol of Güllük Port Area" issued within the scope of the "Agreement on the Granting of the Right to Operate the Güllük Port Area belonging to Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri A. Ş. dated 21.06.2021 to be operated for 45 years, the Güllük Port Area belonging to Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri A.Ş. was actually transferred to our Company on 23.06.2021 with the "Actual Transfer Protocol of Güllük Port Area" issued within the scope of the "Agreement on Granting the Operating Right of Güllük Port Area belonging to Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri A.Ş. for 45 Years". The study and authorisation processes of the project are ongoing.
